Welcome to the website of First Baptist, Waxahachie! I hope you will find it helpful to you in your search for information regarding our church, our mission and our faith.

We are on a journey with God and each other. This journey lacks the GPS capability to see in advance exactly each turn and all that is around each corner. Instead, this is a journey of faith and trust; faith and trust in both God and one another. This journey is filled with twists, turns and surprises with the reality that we cannot always see what is ahead. This journey is also filled with companions and friends as we walk the road together encouraging, supporting and strengthening each other. Ultimately, this journey is filled with the purposes and plans of God. What a marvelous way to explore and discover all that God has in store for us!
